“When I heard Force Gym had classes, I was nervous and anxious to try them out. Finally, I popped in one day and talked with Coach Isaac. After talking with him, I decided to try a free class, and it was a great decision. Although gyms can be intimidating, everyone at Force Gym is extremely supportive. When I am at class, I really don’t think about what else is going on in my life. Whatever I have been worrying about that day goes out the door. Coach Isaac and Coach Jenna keep things moving and challenge me. I am either thinking about my next rep, catching my breath, or telling James he can go heavier, but I am not thinking about the stress in my life. I may come in after a rough day of work, but by the end of the warmup, my anxiety about life is gone. I look forward to the classes being a healthy outlet for the day.
