Group Training
At Force Gym, aside from 1-on-1 coaching, an individualized training program can be accomplished through group training as well. Group training allows for small groups of colleagues, old friends, or new workout partners to accomplish their goals in a more competitive, and motivating environment. Each person will have an individualized training program but will perform their coach-led workouts in small groups of 4 or less people.
